Papulatus Clock is very difficult and quite cheap despite only having two attacks as he has been given a very high defeance which makes nearly every type of attack do hardly any damage to him. On top of this, he carn't be grabbed, can not go off the ground and his two attacks can deal massive amount of damage. If you were to be hit by one of his attacks, it can take a long time to get his damage bar to get under yours bar before time runs out or you are K.O'ed.
It is advised that if you are going up against this character that you either pick a character with high defance/health or one that does major damage to normal MUGEN fighters to overpower the defeance settings.
