King Harkinian is the king of Hyrule. Arguably one of the most popular characters used on the mix-up, mash-up videos known as Youtube Poops. He actually has a character for MUGEN. He's mainly made as a joke type character.
Being a joke type character, Harkinian's only mean of attacking is hitting you with his finger and shouting "mah boi" or his goblet and shouting "enough" for his normal attacks, and he can toss a platter dinner at you as a projectile while shouting "dinner".
His only super move is Carpet Bomber, which has Gwonam fly on his carpet across the screen dropping Link bombs on his opponent.
